Spa Non-Members

Any customers will be able to book online Spa activities based on the multiple configuration options available in Concept Spa
Book multiple activities for one or more people in one or multiple complexes. It offers the possibility to display the different complexes available in the website and manage online bookings for Spa treatments, sport activities, restaurant, etc.
Book Spa packages in an easy and flexible manner. All activities inside the package will be booked online and will drop directly in Concept Spa
Scheduled Activities can also be booked online, such as those activities set up as classes in Concept Spa
Integration with some of the most widely used payment gateways without extra charge (including PayPal)

Spa Members

Create personalized access to the online platform for Spa Members. For this option to be available, Concept Membership module must be installed. Spa members will be able to book online with their preferential rates and discounts
The user must activate in Concept Online Administrator's site those client sub-types that will be able to book with special member online rates. These client sub-types must have different prices set up for online activities in the ‘Price Table’ in Concept Spa application
It is only possible to define one rate per day of the week; the current online booking system does not offer multiple rates per day based on the time range
Access management, password creation and change, and other system options

Spa Revenue Management

Define different rates for each date range, day of the week, time range and client sub-type. All these options are available with this module, enabling the development of a powerful online sales strategy
