Our Story

Concept, a Shiji Group Brand, is a global hospitality technology provider specializing in solutions for the Golf, Spa, and Leisure markets.  Today, Concept has customers in 58 countries, software available in 15 different languages, and a global support network to match.

Concept’s commitment to existing and new customers means that our software solutions are continuously developed and enhanced to add new features and functionality based on the requirements of many of the world’s leading hotels, clubs and resorts. Concept’s open approach to development and integration of products enables every customer deployment to be tailored to their exact requirements.  Our 24/7 global support and training network also gives each customer piece of mind.

As announced in October 2018, Concept has joined Shiji Group, which provides software solutions and services for the hospitality, food service, retail and entertainment industries, ranging from hotel management solutions, to food and beverage and retail systems, payment gateways, data management, online distribution and more.  Founded in 1998 as a network solutions provider for hotels, and later changed to a software provider for the whole consumer market, Shiji Group today comprises 3,000 employees in 70+ subsidiaries and brands, serving over 74,000 hotels, 200,000 restaurants and 400,000 retail outlets.

With the benefit of investment partners such as Alibaba, Shiji develops a network of cloud technology platforms that facilitate data exchange by connecting businesses vertically and horizontally across related industries. The importance of cross-industry integration to connect all levels of the supply chain, from guests, to distributors and suppliers of all types is a critical part of our mission.
