Golf Non-Members

Allows any customer to book Green Fees online, offering multiple possibilities depending on the configuration set up in Concept Golf application
Booking Green Fees for one or various players at the same time, and add golf extras to the reservation
Book Golf Packages for one or multiple days, based on the configuration of the packages in Concept Golf
Golf Multipacks enables customers to book green fees or golf packages for multiple days in the same booking process. Users will be able to define the dates during which green fees must be booked and set restrictions to the number of green fees that can be played in each course. With Golf Multipacks, users will be able to launch special golf offers such as 3x5 (play 3 green fees in a 5-day period)
Group Bookings can be processed through Concept online. All bookings will be linked to the lead player, who is the person who makes the online booking. Bookings will drop into Concept golf Tee-Sheet in a consecutive manner
Integration with some of the most widely used payment gateways without extra charge (including PayPal)

This option requires the Golf Club to have Concept Membership module installed. Golf Members will be able to create their own user account to book online with their special rates and discounts
Access management, password creation and change, and other system options are included within the Concept Online Golf for Members solution
All bookings will drop directly into Concept Golf application, and a confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to the customer and the Golf Club

This option enables Tour Operators to have direct access to book online with their special rates; being able to book green fees for one or multiple days, golf multipacks, and group bookings with their special rates and revenue management strategies
Tour Operator will have a private user account to access Concept Online Administrator site, from where they can view all bookings made, cancel bookings, resend confirmation letters to customers and generate bookings reports
Bookings will drop directly into Concept Golf application, including the name of the Tour Operator in the field “Guest From”. The Golf Club will then be able to visualise online bookings per Tour Operator and invoice them accordingly

Allows you to design a price strategy golf course based on occupancy, reservation dates and rates per type of client
This configuration must be done in Concept Online Administrator's site, which offers further configuration options to the ones available in Concept Golf application
When the Golf Club activates the rates, packages and offers, you can decide if these rates are yieldable or not. In case of the rates are yieldable, you can apply some discounts according to the reservation dates, golf course occupancy, golf club, the season, and the type of client
The new price generated after the Revenue Management strategy was applied will be download in Concept Online automatically. In reservation notes, you could see the initial rate, the discount applied and the final rate as a reference for the user
When this module is active, the website will display a grid with the best prices available
Also available for Tour Operators

Base module for any customers interested in launching special golf offers to be booked online. Within Concept Online Administrator's site, there is an area to define specific offers or promotions to be displayed in the club's website
Each promotion will have a unique URL, which can be published in the Golf Club's main website. This URL will re-direct customers to book directly with that offer
As promotions are linked to a Player Subtype in Concept Golf, it is possible to track sales from each promotion during the validity period

Customers will be able to book online Golf Classes based on the available activities in Concept Online module
Book multiple activities for one or more people in one or multiple complexes. It offers the possibility to display the different complexes available in the website and manage online bookings for Spa treatments, sport activities, restaurant, etc.

Shop Golf Online Check-in allows golf players to check-in without having to go to the check-in desk
This option works in a web environment that can be installed in a tablet device located in the golf course entrance or near the golf shop exit. It provides flexibility for players, speeds up the process and improves the quality of service provided by the Golf Club
