This new version introduces a notification engine that improves a golf or spa operation’s ability to communicate with their guests, effectively creating a marketing channel to promote guest retention.
Version 20.0 provides customers with access to the global payment market through a cloud integration to Shiji Payment Solutions. Shiji Payment Solutions provides connections to the largest payment processors in China, North America, Europe, The Middle East, Asia, and Australia & New Zealand. With traditional and disruptive payments solutions, Shiji Payment Solutions are leveraged across the Shiji solution portfolio, and with many third parties including POS and OTAs through a single global token.
With the newly released Shiji Documentation Center, Concept customers have a quick and innovative way to gather the information they need to learn about the new features in version 20.0, and the simple upgrade process.
In version 20.0, Concept Golf provides a new fast and simple reservation flow so that operators can speed up the check-in process. Cancellation and no-show features have also been enhanced to pre-set cancellation policies, ensuring that the appropriate amount is charged.
Resembling Concept Golf, the Concept Spa reservation flow has been enhanced to speed up the check-in process. In version 20.0, the introduction of Activity Rules enables spas to pre-set usage limits on their guests and members.
Membership Subscriptions are a great way to create for leisure operations to upsell. With Concept version 20.0’s enriched functionality, membership managers can create subscriptions that provide members with access to specific areas of their operation or subscribe members to specific lockers for pre-defined periods.
Version 20.0 now allows spa and club receptionists to redirect guest charges to a member’s account. This eliminates the need for complex workflows and minimizes user errors. To assist with the demand for contactless solutions, receptionists can send an email payment notification, with a fiscal receipt attached, to members or guests.
